My name is Benjamin Leib, originally from France. For the past 17 years, I’ve worked as a chef worldwide, mastering diverse cuisines and delivering five-star dining experiences. I served as the personal chef to the Prime Minister of France during my military service. Recently, I’ve been a French chef consultant for a hotel group in Thailand, catering to VIP clients and the Thai royal family.
